JP Morgan Chase and The Fellowship Initiative (TFI)
Outward Bound’s mission and program outcomes are intrinsically aligned with the goals of JPMorgan Chase’s The Fellowship Initiative (TFI) program. Since 2015, Outward Bound USA and TFI have collaborated to deliver short expedition courses for TFI Fellows grounded in these goals:
Create new and expanded capacity in Regional Schools by positioning Outward Bound as an educational partner to parents, schools, and corporations.
Build upon existing TFI team building initiatives and amplify opportunities for teamwork and leadership through Outward Bound activities.
Inspire TFI Fellows to draw parallels from the opportunities and challenges tackled on their short expeditions to their lives, experiences with TFI, and at home.

Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation
Since his first experience as an Outward Bound student over 25 years ago, Arthur M. Blank and the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation have supported the work of Outward Bound USA and our 10 Regional Schools. The foundation encourages continuous improvement to the educational impact of courses and programs, increased access for underrepresented students, and professional development for field instructors and staff.
